Brian & Suze Couchey joined us all the way from South Carolina, plus we had a beautiful group from the Orange Blossom Squares in the Villages. We love our visiting dancers! Retta was the lucky winner of the 50/50 drawing with Shirley taking second prize . Thanks, Shirley, for donating your crybaby dollar back to the club! We won't be dancing this Sunday, May 12 (which is Mother's Day), so we need to recognize the folks with birthdays & anniversaries. Earle & Carol celebrated 42 years of marriage last Wednesday. Congratulations! Audrey Bihary & Bob Hanky both have birthdays TODAY! We wish you the happiest of birthdays! Several club members paid dues last Sunday. It's beneficial to join the club and pay dues because members pay $5 each week to dance while guests pay $7. If you haven't paid yours yet, you can do so next Sunday. Dues are $5 per person for the whole year. I forgot to mention that we're having a crazy t-shirt day and pizza party on May 26th. Find your best or funniest t-shirt and come with a big appetite on that day! Have a very Happy Mother's Day, and we'll dance again on May 19th. |
